PSD lawmaker and former Health Minister Alexandru Rogobete announced Thursday that PSD lawmakers have submitted an amendment calling for healthcare positions to be exempted from the hiring freeze. “Healthcare is not an expense that can be cut blindly,” Rogobete said.
